The stay was meant to relax and enjoy the local nightlife, which was easily accessible with bus stops close by. The swimming pool was well-kept, and it was nice to unwind by the lagoon with stunning views from the living room balcony. Visiting nearby attractions like Playa Forum and Museo de Arte Popular Mexicano was a breeze. However, I noticed that some of the guest rooms seemed outdated and there were a few cleanliness issues that could be improved.

The hotel is conveniently located near the
main road, making it easy to access public transport and local eateries. The quiet atmosphere was refreshing after a day of exploring. However, the breakfast options were somewhat limited, and I wish there had been more variety. Overall, a pleasant stay.

An unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom!!! Water leak issues shared by other guests!!! Housekeeping promised but failed to address odors!!! The pool could use more maintenance attention!!! The building needs a thorough cleaning!!!

Spacious room with a nice balcony overlooking the lagoon, perfect for relaxation. Helpful staff provided daily cleaning and car hire assistance, which was a bonus. The swimming pool area was lovely and well-maintained!
The breakfast options could use some improvement, lacking protein choices and variety. Also, some areas outside could be cleaned up more frequently.

It was just a solid selection for a city trip in Cancun with good price-quality ratio. The unfriendly receptionist didn't even want to give us a glass of water when we asked. Bring your own snacks and drinks to avoid paying high prices nearby.

Stayed in the Standard Room for 6 nights. The bed was super comfy, and the room was spotless every day—cleaning staff did a great job! Loved having a small balcony to enjoy the fresh air. Plus, it was a nice 10-minute walk to the beach and nightlife, not too far but enough to feel relaxed away from all the noise.

The location is excellent, with a quick walk to the bus stop and nearby options for affordable dining, including local fish dishes. The small pool area is well-maintained, and staff members are friendly and attentive. However, the hotel feels basic and lacks a coffee maker in the room, which would have been a great addition. Some amenities are limited, and the breakfast options could be improved.
